Football Game Engagement

I am a huge college football fan and so are all of my girlfriends. Having said that, I think that a good engagement proposal idea for me would be to propose at a huge football game.

For example, I am a huge Tennessee fan and a good time for someone to propose to me would be preferably at the Florida v. Tennessee game, but if it was going to be an away game, I would rather the person just wait until a home game. It would have to be at half time.

I think that I would rather have my boyfriend put it up on the scoreboard during halftime and then have it catch me by surprise. I think that would be amazing, because I would already be in a place that I love with the person that I love the most, surrounded by people that are just happy to be there.

The Destination Unknown Proposal

One of the Best Proposals I’ve heard of was a man who called my company (I work for a limousine Company). He called me to set up arrangements for a limousine for the night. We usually ask for the passengers contact number so that if something happens we can inform them and adjust accordingly.

I was told by the man that this was a top secret and that he didn’t want his girlfriend to know that a limousine was coming to pick her up. He was going to propose that night. She didn’t even know he was back in the states from his business travel to Europe.

He had us set up the reservation where the car would pick her up at 3:00 p.m. from her job and whisk her off to New York. Apparently, this is where he first met her. He arranged for us to have glasses and wine in the car.

We picked up his girlfriend and whisked her to New York. I believe it was around 6:30 p.m when our driver called to inform us that he was in New York with the passenger and she wanted to know what was going on. He was instructed to take the passenger to Grand Central Station.

Apparently, they met there when their trains were delayed. Upon arrival she was instructed to go in to the station and go to the information booth. Our client was there, and dropped on his knee and proposed during one of the busiest times in the day.

My driver reported back that everything went fine, and that she said yes. When I returned to the office the next day I received a message from our client saying thank you for all of our help, and that we made his day perfect.
