If your boyfriend/girlfriend is not afraid of heights or flying in a plane, then this is a very romantic way to propose.

Many cities are near a local airport where some pilots will charter a flight for a half-hour to sight-see. The idea is to ask a local farmer to allow you to set up the words “Will you marry me?” in his field. They have to be big because you will be flying fairly high, as the pilot usually has to be at an altitude of at least 500 ft.

If you do this during the day, use large sheets of banner paper. At night, if you can find enough friends and relatives, you can use flashlights, with the people standing with their lights pointed up to the sky. You may want to do a practice run first, just to make sure everything is working. Then you can set the date up as something that you had always wanted to try.

I am a computer programmer and my girlfriend is an enthusiast of eBay. I would create a virus that spread through all our friends (and eventually to many, many other computers) stating that ‘my name’ loves ‘her name’, and I would like to marry her. The virus would be a heart to pop up then you try to play any video or music, and it would bring a file created with power point that starts in a heart shape, and relates our history since the beginning, and it would end with us being married.

I would prepare her computer not to get “infected” with this virus because I would like for her to hear the story from her friends. I would prepare a nice dinner with a proposal ring, and I would ask her to check into her eBay account, and infect her computer with that virus, and in that minute, I will pop up the question too!

That is my cyber proposal idea.
